- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to the bank to help my elderly father set up on line banking. Unlike other banks, Citizens requires you come in in person. It was a Saturday and only one teller was on and there were two employees in office cubes. We waited in line to be told then to wait for a employee behind the office cube. One office cube person saw we were waiting and said they'd be right with us. She then went to the teller area and waited on everyone who was behind us in the original line we started in.
